The Chef Partner at Savona, Dominique Filoni, maintains a goal to capture the culinary spirit of the French and Italian Riviera through the innovative use of seasonal and local ingredients. His cooking philosophy is that food should be prepared simply, allowing the freshest and most interesting ingredients to speak for themselves.

Chef Feloni grew up in St. Tropez and was involved with food preparation from a very early age. He graduated from culinary school in Hyeres, France and is now the Executive Chef and Partner at Savona.

We are very excited to announce that Chef Feloni will prepare a dinner for us at Savona on Sunday, November 14, 2004.

After an exciting reception with some unique hors d’oeuvre, we will enjoy a five course dinner. Highlights include a Plancha Seared Scampi Tail and a Slow Roasted Atlantic Halibut. The complete menu with wines will be available soon. Please make your reservations now for what is to be a memorable event.
