The reception will begin at 6:30pm - serving champagne.  The following hors d'oeuvres will be passed...
- Grilled Asparagus en Croute
- Tuna Tartare Canapes
- Goat Cheese & Fig Canapes
- Potato Skins

Dinner Service will begin approximately 7:15pm. 

Menu:

1st Course - Smoked Salmon Appetizer - served with toast points, chopped parsely, chopped onions, and honey dijon mustard sauce on the side.

2nd Course - Cream of Mushroom Soup

3rd Course - Vidalia, Feta, and Tomato Salad in a Balsamic Vinaigrette

4th Course - Roast Prime Rib of Beef (very small cut) - vegetables served family style = Creamed Spinach and Potatoes Lyonnaise (sliced potatoes with onions and garlic butter)

5th Course - Chocolate Mousse Pie

Coffee and Tea wil be offered after the dessert course
