Menu:
1st Course - Smoked Salmon Appetizer - served with toast points, chopped
parsely, chopped onions, and honey dijon mustard sauce on the side.
2nd Course - Cream of Mushroom Soup
3rd Course - Vidalia, Feta, and Tomato Salad in a Balsamic Vinaigrette
4th Course - Roast Prime Rib of Beef (very small cut) - vegetables served

5th Course - Chocolate Mousse Pie
