Due to circumstance beyond our control, the Philadelphia Chaîne will not be having a dinner at the
Waterworks Restaurant on Tuesday, November 28.  After busily planning our fall-winter season, we were deeply disappointed at the thought of having to cancel our November dinner.  November is always a very special month for me, therefore I called on my friend, Garth Weldon of the fabulous Prime Rib, whose glamorous restaurant evokes the feeling of a chic, early Forties supper club. He came to my rescue and promised that we will indeed enjoy a delightful evening of good food, good wines and good friends on Tuesday, November 28.  

Creative and dedicated Executive Chef, Victor Ossario, is designing a truly memorable menu, which will,
of course, include beef as only the Prime Rib can deliver.  Our Dinner Chairs, Bailli Tom Knox and the Chaîne’s newest member, Jim Evans, have already started to dig deep in the Chaîne Cellar for some world-class red wines!

Come join us and we’ll re-discover together the essence of gastronomic bliss that only an exceptional steakhouse dinner can provide! Your understanding and continued support of our wonderful Bailliage is greatly appreciated and as this event will be limited to 30 guests, we urge you to make your reservations early.
