On Sunday, April 22, 2007 we invite you to join us as we enjoy the fine food, attentive service and

casually chic atmosphere of The Palm- our cityÕs premier steakhouse, as well as widely-acknowledged

Òsee and be seenÓ restaurant!   Chef Ron Reid and his staff look forward to delighting us with the very best of the abbondanza that continually attracts loyal customers and visitors alike to this American classic.

 

Our evening will begin with a lavish Reception featuring a miniature version of the PalmÕs signature crab cakes, chilled Kumamoto oysters with caviar and a spectacular antipasto display.  The first course of succulent lobster, glazed in wildflower honey and a white balsamic reduction, will be followed by a crisp

Belgian endive salad.  The entrŽe will feature prime aged New York sirloin accompanied by herbed

potato gnocchi and braised broccoli rabe.  In the Cha”ne tradition, great care has been given to choosing

European and California wines that will compliment this wonderful dinner.

 

This will be a terrific evening of great food and good company, so be sure to reserve early!
