MENU Highlights
Chef Mat Ito will prepare one of his famous Kaiseki dinners consisting of
fourteen courses. Amongst the courses will be Kobe beef, Kumamoto Oyster
with Golden ocetra caviar, Foie gras with Japanese berry sauce, Baby Freshwater
eel with garlic seasoning, Lobster sashimi, and Broiled squab with Japanese
pepper sauce.
