at the Drexel Academic Bistro

We will return to the Bistrot for an exciting meal prepared by Drexel's "Chefs of Tomorrow" under the watchful eye of their faculty including
Chef Alan Segel.

This event will serve as a capstone project for the students involved and they are highly motivated to create a memorable event for us. Here are some highlights from the (tentative) menu.

Wines are now being researched and selected and we will update the web (www.philachaine.com) as they become available, after the pairing dinner in early May. We plan to serve multiple wines with several courses to highlight interesting pairings. Your Mondiale is involved in the persons of Peter Horty and Paul Schulze to showcase less- known wines appropriate to this cuisine. Yes, lots of great wine, interesting eclectic menu, very modest price, HOWEVER...

There is a strict space limitation- we cannot seat more than 40 people that evening. So, please reserve your space now with your check as directed below. ALSO, for this event only, please email me (dinner chair) when you put your check in the mail so that I can track the status. A great way for our Chaine to support Drexel's School of Hospitality Management (they who host our wine cellar, which you can visit that evening) is to sell this one out quickly.
